This charming Craftsman bungalow in one of Duluth’s hilly neighborhoods  needed help in several ways when we arrived on the scene.

The freeze-thaw of extreme winters had not been kind to the cement driveway, and the retaining wall needed help too.

We worked with the homeowners to come up with a plan of action.

After

A new retaining wall lifts up the entire property and provides a solid footing for a new front porch. Fresh paint, a new garage door and new driveway make the whole house look showroom-ready.
